on 5 reasons you will not only DISLIKE the diet but
you'll HATE certain aspects of it...
Even though there were aspects of the diet that tested
every ounce of my willpower, I have to admit the reward
of being called "Rambo" by all the resort staff in
Punta Cana was worth it...

Every time I need an ego boost, I just book a trip to
Mexico after doing Joel's diet for 3 weeks and I get
to strut around the resort for a week pretending to be Rambo!
5 Reasons You Will NOT Like XFLD...
1. You can handle hunger pains. Many guys are legitimately
terrified of "losing muscle" When you cut your calories, it's
normal to feel hungry and that's actually a good thing. If
you just can't handle hunger and have zero interest in dealing
with it, you're not cut out for XFLD. Although, you'll only
be hungry 4 of the 5 days because Day 5 is EAT ALL YOU CAN DAY!
2. If you're terrified of seeing your muscles deflate temporarily.
On 3-4 of the 5 days you will look smaller and if the psychological
attack is too intense for you, leave your copy on the shelf. I
refuse to set myself for a months worth of emails saying, "I think
I'm losing muscle..." No you're not. You just have less water and
glycogen.
3. If you're a "Freedom Dieter." I learned this term from my
friend John Romaniello who says, "Some people do better with
generic guidelines when it comes to dieting." John would call me
a "Rule Dieter" because I find freedom in someone telling me what
to eat and not eat. I like being told EXACTLY how to eat every
day. I find freedom in restrictions. If you're a "Freedom Dieter"
there is nothing wrong with that but you might not like that aspect
of XFLD.
4. 25 days is NOT a short period of time. It might sound short and
it does fly by and I strongly recommend you commit to AT LEAST
20 days which is four 5-day cycles. I can't imagine going all
five 5-day cycles but it's certainly possible as thousands of
users have already proved.
5. The protein only days suck! The only time I've done protein
only days are during my contest prep so that proves how extreme
this is. Hey, you'll get to see what the pro's do to themselves!
As you can see every reason you do NOT like the diet will lead
to a reason you LOVE the diet and that makes sense.
If dieting was easy than every dude you know would be SHREDDED!

what to expect and so that you can't make any excuses for not
getting your fastest fat loss results to date.
Side note - I only did the diet for 20 days. I did not do the
full 25 days and I recommend you do AT LEAST 20 to really see
results. Also, you can combine this diet with ANY of my weight
training programs. Don't change a thing with the weight training.
Just add the diet and watch your body tighten up. And remember,
it's okay to look smaller on 3-4 of the days. That's the point.
To deplete your body so when we refuel, your muscles will inflate
bigger and you'll keep dropping body fat. TRUST THE PLAN.
